MEET OUR PANELISTS
Jennifer Hall, Baker Donelson
Jennifer assists clients in areas including discrimination defense, employee classification issues, state employment law issues, and wage and hour matters. She is a frequent speaker and author on employment issues, and takes an active role in the Mississippi Bar Association, serving on its Women in the Profession Committee and its Labor and Employment Section Executive Committee, as well as having served as president of the Young Lawyers Division in 2011– 2012. Inside the Firm, she serves on the Pro Bono and Recruiting Committees and has been a recipient of the Jackson office’s pro bono award.
Kellye Smith, Ross & Yerger
Kellye is a PHR and Resource Consultant with Ross & Yerger Insurance. For 10 years, Kellye has worked with corporate benefit and property & casualty insurance clients to strengthen the skillsets and proactive risk management profiles of Human Resources and Safety departments.
Sara Yates, HORNE
Sara is a senior manager in the government services practice at HORNE where she works to execute human resources programs including employee relations, regulatory and compliance requirements, and risk management. She is passionate about assisting internal stakeholders to integrate their professional and personal lives while meeting and exceeding the needs of their clients by listening and researching solutions. She has over 15 years of experience in human resources and recruiting in both the healthcare and telecommunications industries.
